Project Brief

'Financial Freedom' and 'Secrets of Money,' broadcasted on VTV's digital channels, are the financial talk shows for Gen Z in Vietnam. 'Financial Freedom' was specifically designed to provide practical guidance enabling the Gen Z audience to manage their finances. Meanwhile, 'Secrets of Money' was tailored for young stock investors, delivering specialized insights and knowledge to their investments.

The shows facilitate real-time audience engagement by integrating live comments, allowing financial experts to provide timely advice and solutions to financial concerns. This comprehensive approach created a dynamic and engaging platform for informed discussions and personalized guidance on critical financial matters.

Show Schedule

I played a central role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of both shows, handling pre-show logistics, ensuring seamless operations during live broadcasts, and overseeing post-show tasks. Additionally, I managed the continuous back-to-back coordination of the two shows, maintaining a smooth transition between productions.

Given the extremely tight schedule, I implemented a stakeholder management system in Excel to ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders involved. Moreover, I established protocols and checklists for team members to meticulously follow up on tasks, allowing smooth operations despite the demanding timelines.
