ORGANIZING PROCESS
With the ultimate goal of creating an exhibition of photos, paintings, memorabilia, and regret stories titled "UNBROKEN - Our Regrets," the project wishes to provide a new, comfortable, and enclosed space where people can read, feel, understand, and empathise with one another.
Below is our process, carefully crafted to ensure efficiency and quality at every stage, as we, a team of first-time project founders and exhibition organizers, successfully overcame challenges through collective effort and determination.
June 2018
The team initiated member recruitment to build a strong foundation for the project, fostering a community of dedicated individuals passionate about the themes and arts.

Mid-June to August 2018
With the team in place, efforts focused on soliciting sponsors, while concurrently utilizing social media for engaging outreach, and collecting diverse stories. After gathering, we carefully selected stories, translated them and worked on the media to tell the stories.

September 2018
Through careful planning and setup, we brought the LUC Exhibition to life, showcasing the stories through various methods, pictures, and media. The exhibition represented our dedication and teamwork and highlighted emotional stories and artwork that captured the theme of regret.
